Integrated Learning Solutions (ILS)

Our Enneagram-based ILS curriculum addresses the core competency development needs of an organization in addition to providing several electives that can be used to provide a customized response to individual, team or department needs.

The ILS curriculum is divided into three key areas:

Learning Solutions for Managing Self
Learning Solutions for Managing Relationships and Leading Others
Learning Solutions for Understanding and Impacting Culture

The foundation workshop for the entire curriculum is "Understanding People at Work".
